You might not always see this person around, but that’s because they’re bringing new people into the venue. We’re spotlighting one of our amazing shoutrunners. There are many underappreciated jobs at venues. This is definitely one of them. They bring in the new friends and family that we make with their tireless effort. Visiting all the cities, including Limsa, to bring us the funniest degenerates and most wholesome people around. Maybe a good fighter or two. Maybe?
Venue trivia
A’xivrus has been around for quite a long time. Long before the transition to the new name of the venue. Which was over a year and half ago? That’s crazy. After the rebranding they joined our team thanks to the one and the only, Saint Alva. They love Kashi’s announcing style. Just the pure chaos and how crazy it can get. Seeing everyone have more “beef” with each other than a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Seeing people then roll poorly and claim to grab the wrong dice. Coughs Blaz. Most people have a rival here at XFC, except me. I’m “pure” and “innocent”. If they were to pick a rival it would have to be Mr. Alva. They’ve known each other for quite some time. So it’s only natural. More natural that a N’at 1.
We interviewed them with some funny trivia questions. @Kristryd Fonye thought of some great ones. I came with a few of my own. @Zaphena even contributed a bonus question. As some of you know, I can be very oblivious. I learned something about them very recently. Whether it was “known” or not, you guys are learning now too. Whether you like it or not, here’s some forced edumacation. A’xivrus Draconis has DID. They identify as two different people: Emi and Iriden. They requested our amazing photographer to get a photo shoot of them together. Which she so happily obliged. Some of the answers are different based on who is responding.
Let’s start with the @Zaphena question: What’s your guilty pleasure? To which they had split answers. Emi is an audiophile. Specifically for guitars. They love the sound of an 8 string guitar. Iriden on the other hand thought they were going to say they don’t have one. They realized that they enjoy proving people wrong. Really wrong. So much they can’t dispute the fact. If they’re not in the wrong, you better watch out. They bite back. This extends to brats apparently too.
I love animals, who doesn’t. Well it’s okay if you don’t. I don’t hate you or anything, baka. If they were given the choice, which one would they be? Emi considers her a cat. They consider herself very needy, but also very outgoing, affectionate, and relates to other traits of theirs. Iriden said it would be a cheetah. They’re fast, efficient, deadly, protective, caring, and inseperable if you pair them properly. It’s a good balance of offense to defense they think.
We were curious as to what they thought of the undending question on everyone’s mind. Yes, everyone. It’s fact. I looked it up in a magazine. Is a hotdog a taco or a sandwich? Without much hesitation we got our answer. “Sandwich! Taco doesn’t have bread. Therefore not sammich. Hotdog has bread. It may be one piece, but just like you can make half a PB&J sammich with just one piece, a hotdog is a sammich with a different shaped and singular piece of bread!
I should note that Iriden also agrees with my answer :emote i don’t have:” Some might think their reasoning was sound, but do you? Poke them if you think otherwise!
Kris wanted to hear their best insult! You won’t believe what they came up with! Nothing. They’re too sweet. They’re so bad at insults that they fear they would accidentally be compliments. “You would say that for a person with eyes as blue as the open skies.” I’m paraphrasing. Best you’ll get is a “you suck.”
If they had a theme song what would it be? Who asked this? It definitely wasn’t me. The stream should play these songs if they’re in the championships though. We got a lot of songs. How dare they not have a single song. How dare.

Okay okay, I know this has been a lot of reading. We like to brag about our amazing people. Expect more of it. The writing art is foreign to me and I’ll find ways to make it more enjoyable to read. Be it Ryuji eraser heads to Blaz’s loaded-fry die. Their answer was much more vulgar and scandalous than I thought it would be. “Coffee, coffee cups, shit, coffee pot!
